1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SendMe platform, mobile applications, website, or any services provided by SendMe Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

SendMe provides a white-label marketplace platform that enables businesses to launch their own branded mobile applications for ordering, delivery, and marketplace operations. Our services include:

• White-label mobile application development and deployment
• Marketplace and single-outlet platform solutions
• Payment gateway integration
• Delivery management systems
• Analytics and reporting dashboards
• Technical support and maintenance

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Use the platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the SendMe platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by SendMe Technologies and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

When using our white-label solution, you retain ownership of your brand assets and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform for the duration of your subscription.

6. Payment Terms

• Fees for our services are as outlined in your subscription agreement
• All payments are due according to the billing cycle agreed upon
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as per our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled downtime whenever possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendMe Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
